PRODUCT INFORMATION: IPS CTF Valve Testing System Detailed Specifications/Requirements Item 0001 Valve Testing System Quantity: 2 Network Attached Storage Device with the following specifications: System Dimensions: Height: Maximum 60” (5ft) Width: Maximum 192” (16ft) Depth: Maximum 50” (4.2ft) Environmental: Operate in 45°F to 95°F temperature range Operate in 10% to 80% non-condensing humidity Installation/Delivery: Must include all equipment and accessories required for on-site testing of safety relief valves Power: 220 / 440 VAC 60Hz Facility: Compressed air 40 SCFM at 125psi (minimum) Utility water at 40psi (minimum) Performance: Adjustable test pressure of up to 500psi Valve size coverage from 0.5” to 8” Capability to test both conventional and safety relief valves Compatible with water and oil system valves.
