The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center’s Equipment Engineering Branch is seeking project/program management and blue collar services to develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance program to ensure to the operational availability of NFPC’s large CNC machines and ancillary equipment. The contractor shall provide organic management, repair, and maintenance capabilities as well as support and coordination for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment. OEM vendors include, but are not limited to; Fives Line, Starrag/Droop & Rein, Ingersoll Machine Tools, Pietro Carnaghi, PAMA, and Hass Automation. Ancillary support equipment includes, but is not limited to, Chillers, Air Compressors, Cutting Coolant Filtration Systems, Conveyors, etc. The contractor shall also develop and manage a material management program to identify, procure, and manage long lead time spare parts and material.
