Q&A provided in response to the RFP and closing date extended by one week to 29 August 2023. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is soliciting for the repair of the K34 Marine Gas Turbine Engines on behalf of the NAVSEA05Z 2SCOG Program. Intention is to sustain U.S. Navy fleet requirements, DDG-51 class of ships. Gas Turbine Engines must be repaired to ensure that the 2SCOG program does not “stock out” of available ready-for-issue (RFI) assets. Potential Awardees will need to possess a valid Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Centers (AMROC) Agreement for repair of the 501-K34 engine. In addition, the Contractor(s) will be responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements that shall be specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
