The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure Cable Cutter Level I/SUBSAFE Components in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to the contact below by 20 July 2023 5PM EST. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification, the RFQ will be sent out, along with the drawings to the email listed point of contact. This procurement is Firm Fixed Price and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please submit JCP Certifications and any questions to karen.l.morris49.civ@us.navy.mil.
