The Government is now contemplating issuing this procurement as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Definite-Delivery, Definite-Quantity, Single Award Contract. The requirement is to manufacturer and deliver lockers and templates in Section 3 of the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the Lithium Battery Charging Station (BCS), 1x3 Locker, and 1x4 Locker using the drawings provided as Government Furnished Information. Please see the attached revised SOW. The anticipated period of performance is now from the date of award until 1 December 2023. It is the Government’s intention to procure these supplies utilizing full and open competition as a small business set-aside. The Government is contemplating issuing this procurement as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Definite-Delivery, Definite-Quantity, Single Award Contract.
