The Department of the Navy (US Navy), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). Intends to procure depot-level overhaul and repair services for the US Navy T-1302S-28AA Gas Turbine Modules National Stock Number (NSN) 2S 2835-LL-HA3-7206, Gas Producer Assembly and 2S 2835-LL-HA3-7207, Power Turbine Assembly (T-1302). The T-1302 engine is used aboard the Mine Countermeasures Ships (MCM). A detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the required services is included in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) document. A single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract award is intended. This procurement will be conducted utilizing the Best Value Tradeoff Source Selection process. The Government is procuring these services on a full and open competition basis.
