The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) requests on a full and open competition basis the acquisition of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)/Project Management Services in accordance with statement of work Section "C" of the attached request for quotation. All quoters providing response shall provide all volumes as noted in Section "L". All responses must be provided by email to Kimberly DeLuca at kimberly.m.deluca2.civ@us.navy.mil with the request number notated in the subject line no later than 1/27/2022 4:00PM EST. Request by phone, fax or standard mail will not be accepted. Solicitation is updated as of 1/25/2022 to include amendment 0001, which has been attached, with a revised SOW and an extended reponse date. Solicitation is updated with Q&A (Attached) as of 1/26/2022. No additional changes included.
