The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) requiresnthe application of specialized paint to all finishedmachine components prior to shipment. The procuremet is for three types of brand specific specialized marine-grade epoxy-polyamide paint extensively tested and approved by the Naval Reseach Labatory. The vendor shall procure and deliver the following specialized paints and associated painting thinners in the quantities described in the Section C, Statement of Work (SOW). No replacements or substitutions are acceptable. This is a brand name requirement for the International Speed brand specific marine-grade epoxy-polyamide paint.
