The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is seeking firms to provide response to the attached Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire. This possible future requirement is for the design and development of a shipboard representative Propulsion Load System capable of being operational at a NSWCPD test facility by September 2025. The information provided will be used to assist NSWCPD in developing and further defining future procurement and acquisition strategies. All respondents shall include in their response the following: 1) Company Information: - Company Name - Company Address - Company Business Size (Small or Large) - Company CAGE Code 2) Questionnaire Response - This can be submitted in any Microsoft Office or Adobe format 3) Please denote / mark any sensitive or proprietary supplementary documentation that may be included within your response It should be noted that this request is for informational purposes only in relation to the Propulsion Load System. This RFI is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. The Government has not made any commitment in issuing this request to procure any supply or service as discussed. The release of this RFI shall not be construed as such a commitment or as an authorization to incur any costs which require reimbursement. Questions pertaining to this request shall be submitted no later than 21 December 2021 - 4 O'clock PM to the email included in the attached document.
