Amendment 0002 - Provided questions and answers as of 24 June, updated the SOW according to the Q&A, and provided pictures of the project site. Amendment 0001 - Provided questions and answers as of 9 June and updated the PPQ (Attachment 9) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for a 2 story, modular facility. The facility shall be modular in nature and manufactured offsite. Assembly and installation may occur at the project site. The final location of the LABORATORY is within an existing, high-bay building, which has two main points of access: (a) via exterior 34” x 84” door, and (b) via a rollup door and interior passageways, at times limited to 65” wide and 15’ high. All materials, whether end-product or supporting, must be passable via these means of access. See attached solicitation for full project requirements. Site Visit: A site visit will be held at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center on 17 June 2021 at 1100 EDT. Requests to attend the site visit must be sent to dillon.m.lucas@navy.mil with the following information no later than 12:00 PM, Noon EDT, 10 June 2021. Requests received after this date/time are not guarenteed to be processed in time for the site visit. No other site visit will be held. A maximum of (2) representatives from each company may be admitted to the site. The following information must be provided with the request: Full Name, Company Name, Travel Distance in miles from 5001 S. Broad St. Philadelphia PA, 19112 (if greater than 50 miles, provide origin city and state) All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Quotations may be emailed to dillon.m.lucas@navy.mil.
