The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Divisions intends to procure on a sole-source basis inspection services of a GE Packaged Power, LLC TM2500 gas turbine water injection system from GE Gas Power, a large business. This request is only able to be fulfilled by GE as GE is the OEM of the TM2500 and is the only vendor capable of inspecting the associated components and providing technical recommendations. In addition, all associated drawings pertaining to the TM2500 are considered GE proprietary, and are not available in the commercial marketplace.
