Site Visit: A site visit will be held at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center on 22 Dec 2020 at 0900. Requests to attend the site visit must be sent to dillon.m.lucas@navy.mil with the following information no later than COB 18 Dec 2020. Requests received after this date/time are not guarenteed to be processed in time for the site visit. No other site visit will be held. Only (1) representative from each company will be admitted to the site. The following information must be provided with the request: Full Name, Company Name, Travel Distance in miles from 5001 S. Broad St. Philadelphia PA, 19112 (if greater than 50 miles, provide origin city and state), Attachment 2 NSWCPD Entry Screening Assessment Submit the following with your quote: Emissions Testing Credentials: Contractors shall submit the full Quality Control Plan for the emissions testing company to demonstrate compliance with ASTM D7036-16 OR ANSI/ASCQ E4. Contractors may submit a valid, current certification letter in lieu of the full Quality Control Plan to demonstrate compliance with these standards. See provision 52.212-1 for full details.
