This requirement is to set policy, establish procedures, and provide guidance for administering the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Scientist and Engineer Development Program (SEDP). All NSWCPD entry-level scientists and engineers will participate in the SEDP. Under SEDP, each participant shall have an approved SEDP CLAD plan. The SEDP CLAD plan provides entry-level scientists and engineers an organized approach for employees to develop and execute at the full performance level of their position. By participating in this program, scientists and engineers are responsible for completing all requirements within an approved SEDP CLAD plan. Quoets are due by 12 October 2021
