The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles. This requirement is for Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC), hereafter referred to as “the Government”. To support manufacturing operations, the Government requires fill cover plugs to support production. See SOW, Section C, of Attached RFQ N64498-21-Q-4019. The contractor will be responsible to produce components complete to print in accordance with the applicable part drawing and the required CDRLs. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. This resultant contract shall be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. To obtain Drawings, the Offeror shall submit its request to Jenny Tomeo, Jenny.Tomeo@navy.mil . The request shall include company name; complete address; CAGE code; DUNS number; POC name, email address, phone number. Incomplete requests will be denied. Quotes shall be submitted to Jenny.Tomeo@navy.mil. by COB 22 September 2021. Per DFARS 252.024-7019, Notice of NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171 applies to this procurement. Prior to contract/order award, option award or PoP extension of an existing contractor or order, the Contracting Officer will check the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) (https://www.sprs.csd.disa.mil/) for DoD assessment scores prior to award to ensure an assessment was done and place a printout of the scores in file. The summary level score must be a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment (i.e., not more than 3 years old, unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) for each covered contractor information system that is relevant to an offer, contract, task order, or delivery order. If assessment is not in SPRS, Contractor provides email submission of Assessment per DFARS Provision/Clause above to the Contracting Officer and to webptsmh@navy.mil for posting to SPRS. The Contracting Officer documents the file of the Basic Self-Assessment.
