Instructions and Evaluation - Past Performance information requested: Contractors shall provide relevant past performance information, up to three (3) examples, for similar or related work under contracts completed during the last three years from solicitation closing date. The project description should address how the example is similar in size, scope, and complexity to the solicited effort and provide the final contract price. Contractors should utilize Attachment 9, Past Performance Questionnaire, when submitting past performance information. Bid Guarantee Required: Bid Guarantee shall be provided in accordance with FAR Clause 52.228-1 – Bid Guarantee (amount shall be at least 20 percent of the quoted price, but shall not exceed $3 million) Please review and follow the entire instructions and evaluation sections beginning on pages 4 and 10 respectively. Site Visit: A site visit will be held at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center on 15 SEP 2021 at 0900. Requests to attend the site visit must be sent to Nicole.eckman@navy.mil with the following information no later than 3:00 PM, ET, 10 SEP 2021. Requests received after this date/time are not guaranteed to be processed in time for the site visit. No other site visit will be held. A maximum of (2) representatives from each company may be admitted to the site.
