Site Visit: A site visit will be held at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center on Thursday, 29 July 2021at 1000 EDT. Requests to attend the site visit must be sent to linda.m.dobbs@navy.mil with the following information no later than Friday, 23 July 2021 at 1200 EDT. Requests received after this date/time are not guaranteed to be processed in time for the site visit. No other site visit will be held.
