Please note: 1) The personnel required DO NOT have to be medical personnel as they will not be performing any medical evaluation. 2) A DOL Wage Determination has been included and is MANDATORY. 3) A technical write-up is required consisting of PAST PERFORMANCE i/a/w RFQ clause 52.212-1. 4) This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) procurement under FAR Part 13 and all quotations will be evaulated under the Simplified Acquisition policy and procedure.
