This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Commercial services on a Sole Source Basis from JonRie Intertech, LLC. The proposed contraction is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106.
