This scope of work requires the contractor to modify the water system in 85 Ton furnace by the removal and reinstallation of one (1) thermostatic valve to install geared butterfly valves on two of the furnaces three ports. A new flange adapter will also be installed on the outlet of the pump skid. Please note: This is a Sole Source Requirement (Attached Sole Source Justification)
