REQUIREMENTS STATEMENT Under this tasking, the vendor shall provide the products as specified: BRAND NAME : IBM RATIONAL DOORS SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE CLIN: 0001, Description: IBM DOORS Software Maintenance, PN: 400000031624-0030, Qty 18 This request is for 18 floating user licenses of IBM Rational DOORS and software maintenance. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a combination of factors - a combination of the lowest price and determination of responsibility.
