The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) currently relies on cement mixers for foundry production. NFPC requires the repair services to be provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Kercher Enterprise, Inc. a Lancaster Products Division (Lancaster) and to provide three (3) onsite technicians that will disassemble the mixers as requires replacing the parts listed in the material section provided in the Statement of Work (SOW) section 3.1.2. The contractor is to remove, replace and dispose antiquated parts and have the mixers in working condition once work is completed. This is a Sole Source requirement. Interested vendors can submit a capability statement for future requirements.
