The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure the following hardware, software, and services from the Canadian Commercial Corporation, 350 Albert St, Suite 700, Ottawa, ON K1A 0S6, Canada, via its subcontractor RDTS Technologies, Inc. of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada: HARDWARE - 2 x NovaCor Cubicles including power supplies, fans, DIN rails for mounting I/O cards, GTFPI and low voltage front panel digital input/output interface (Standard equipment) - 3 x NovaCor Chassis with 10 Enabled Cores in total - 1 x 12 Channel Analogue Output Card (GTAO) - 1 x 12 Channel Analogue Input Card (GTAI) - 1 x 64 Channel Digital Output Card (GTDO) - 1 x 64 Channel Digital Input Card (GTDI) - 1 x GTNET Chassis (can house up to 3 GTNETx2 Cards) - 1 x GTNETx2 Card c/w SKT firmware plus one additional Firmware - 1 x additional Firmware for installation onto a GTNETx2 Card - 1 x Global Bus Hub (GBH) Software Site License, RTDS software, including the RSCAD Graphical User Interface, compilers and all component libraries. Services -Final Factory Testing (in Winnipeg) -5 Day on-Site Installation, Commissioning and Training course The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Any responsible sources other than those listed in this announcement are encouraged to submit a capability statement, via email to Matthew.D.Parlett@navy.mil, not later than 2 June 2020. Submissions from interested sources will not be reimbursed by the Government -- the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
