The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement, to be awarded on a competitive basis, to procure services required where the contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision for bulb replacement, maintenance, repair, alteration, and general interior/exterior lighting maintenance at multiple buildings, NSWCPD, Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC), Philadelphia, PA. This effort is being competed amongst all eligible small business concerns. The Government intends to award a single contract to the responsible offeror taking no exceptions to the solicitation, having the lowest total evaluated price, with acceptable ratings for all other factors.
