INSTRUCTIONS TO THE OFFEROR The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) proposes to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity Contract with a five (5)-year ordering period for Membrane Nitrogen Generators and minimal Installation Assistance and Training Services. 2. This task order is being issued as Full and Open Competition 3. The period of performance is as follows: Ordering Period - Date of Award to 60 Months After Date of Award 4.
