The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure light emitting diode (LED) based light fixtures for use in various high bay spaces on US Navy surface ships in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings. The fixtures are intended to have dual light outputs to reduce the number of required fixtures by 50% when compared to the legacy installations. A total of five different light output combinations are being requested by NSWCPD to support installs on hangar bays and vehicle stowage areas on different classes of vessels. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Proposal (RFP) shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to the contact below. Upon receipt of valid JCP Certification, the RFP will be sent out via DoD Safe. These will be sent to the email listed as point of contact. This Procurement is a Firm Fixed Price Total Small Business Set Aside. Please be advised that telephone inquiries will NOT be accepted. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure light emitting diode (LED) based light fixtures for use in various high bay spaces on US Navy surface ships in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings.
