NSWCPD has a requirement for engineering, technical, and logistical support for propulsion gas turbines, SSGTGs and electrical power systems equipment. This is a performance based, cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) level of effort contract consisting of a base year and four (4) option years. Work performed under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The contractor shall provide engineering and technical services required for hardware and software design, development, fabrication, test, and repair of Woodward equipment used on propulsion gas turbines, SSGTGs and electrical power systems equipment The contractor will support services as required to maintain and improve the operational readiness, safety, reliability, maintainability, as well as operating and support costs for the Woodward products used by the U.S. Navy, U. S. Coast Guard and Shore Facilities (Land Based Engineering Site (LBES)).
