The purpose of the requirement is to allow easy loading of P-40 Dry Silica Sand into the Government’s new silo system. The solicitation will result in a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement and delivery of P-40 Dry Silica Sand through pneumatic bulk tankers.
