The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure specialty tools and test equipment for the performance of Depot Level Maintenance on AN/BPS-17 sensor assemblies in accordance with NAVSEA drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) must submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) certificate via email by 8 November 2019. Upon receipt of the JCP certification and at end of presolicitation period, the RFQ will be sent out, along with a separate email of the drawings to the listed point of contact. This procurement is Firm Fixed Price, Small Business Set Aside, and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
