This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06 effective 10 Oct 2019. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. NAICS: 611513 The following is an excerpt from provision 52.212-1 (DEV) - In order to be eligible for award, the prime contractor shall meet and provide sufficient information within its quote to demonstrate compliance with the following; (1) The contractor's primary location for instruction shall be within 30 miles "as the crow flies" of the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Contractors are instructed to provide a specific address for purposes of this evaluation only. If an address is not provided, the contractor's registered address associated with the contractor's CAGE in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) will be used. (2) The contractor shall hold an academic accreditation from a recognized higher education accreditation body. (3) The contractor shall provide in-person, instructor led classes only to fulfill this requirement. No online classes are acceptable. (4) All classes must be offered between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. (5) All books and course materials must be provided in performance of the contract. The contractor shall fill in the price schedule in Section B in its entirety. Please see sections L and M for full details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
