No other changes are made at this time. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Brand Name commercial supplies. The purpose of this requirement is to purchase of Data Acquisition System (DAS) components from National Instruments to support the development of a data acquisition system on a testing facility on a brand name basis. The hardware will be used to collect data from various sensors located throughout the test facility. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is intended to be 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS 541380, National Instruments brand name only. See attached RFQ: N64498-20-Q-0206 for all line items, quantities and units of measure.
