It is constructed of heavy gage s... The lithium battery charging locker is a two drawer storage cabinet designed for charging large form lithium batteries. It is approximately 38.25”W x 25.2D x 47.64”H. It is constructed of heavy gage sheet steel with high temperature insulation between the inner and outer layers of steel. Each drawer consists of a sliding tray with straps to secure the battery inside the drawer. A battery charger is mounted on the top and the charging cables fed through openings in the cabinet. There is also an exhaust plenum attached to the rear of the cabinet to direct toxic gases from a battery thermal runaway to the overhead ventilation system. The foundation template is an aluminum or steel plate consisting of the bolt hole pattern for the locker. It also contains the bolt hole pattern for the adjacent sides of the adjoining lockers. This template is to ease the mounting of the locker to the foundation and to ensure the adjacent lockers are mated properly to the adjoining locker.
