This procurement is for the competitive acquisition of CMBRE (Common Munitions BIT Reprogramming Equipment) boxes. These boxes are provided as GFE (Government Furnished Equipment) to the installation activity, which is usually a shipyard. These boxes need to be manufactured and assembled. The contractor shall procure all parts for the manufacture and assembly process, for which they will be provided drawings as GFI. Please see the attached Request For Quotation (RFQ) inclusive of Section "C" SOW. All required drawings and CDRLs have been attached to this request as well. Solicitation N6449820Q0169 is amended to revise the set-aside requirement from “None” to “Total Small Business” as there are two or more known small business. This change is per FAR requirement FAR Subpart 19.5. Please see the attached amendment. Signed acknowledgment must be provided with quotation.
