The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the procurement of six (6) Fluke 725EX-VIP Calibrators kits and six (6) Fluke 789/773 Functional Calibrator kits, to be installed on DDG Modernization Ships to identify and indicate unusual calibration conditions during underway conditions that may lead to unusual signal readings within the ships electrical plant. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and delivery date will be 30 days after receipt of order.
