The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure sub assemblies of a piping system required for developmental testing of shipboard Halon Piping System pipe drying procedures in accordance with NAVSEA drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to the contact below. Upon receipt of valid JCP Certification, the RFQ will be sent out via DoD Safe. These will be sent to the email listed as point of contact. This procurement is Firm Fixed Price and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please submit JCP certifications and any questions to brandon.mormello@navy.mil. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification and end of pre-solicitation period, the RFQ will be sent out, along with a separate email of the drawings to the email listed as the point of contact on the approved JCP Certificate.
