NSWCPD has a requirement to procure (4) PLECS Standalone Individual License , (5) PLECS Standalone Concurrent License, (2) SPLECS Combo Individual License, (3) PLECS Blockset Individual License, (1)PLECS Combo Concurrent License, and (1)PLECS Blockset Dongle License . All quotes must be quoted IAW the attached RFQ document. All items must be brand name PLECS and no equivalents will be accepted. Serial numbers for the licenses can be found in section B under the description of each line item. All pricing should include the cost of shipping, as this order will be FFP utilizing FAR part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
