The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure the services for Furnish and install 1,200 SF of new Tate® CCN1500 access flooring panels covered w/a Tarkett LVT monolithic tile finish (Truffle Cyprus) into an existing 18” FFH understructure grid system on a Sole Source basis from Tri State Flooring. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
