The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navy's ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles. This requirement is for NSWCPD's Information Technology Operations Division Code 104. This requirement, to be awarded on a competitive basis, is for obtaining an ATO for four medium-sized information systems (IS), defined as consisting of up to five operating systems, up to ten servers, and up to 200 workstations. The contract awardee shall fulfill assignments in accordance with the framework of RMF to certify and accredit new ISs, and re-accredit existing system packages for the ISs as follows; the ISs included will not have a requirement for any external penetration testing. - Two (2) RDT&E Zone D Information System, processing Classified and Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI). All assets are located within the NSWCPD campus. - Two (2) Unclassified, Internet-facing Information Systems located in DoD or the Amazon Web Services FEDCLOUD data center operating under expired authorizations.
