A Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR), Phase III sole source contract is anticipated for award to IntraMicron, Inc. (CAGE 3C670), 368 Industry Drive, Auburn, AL 36832-4273. Said award is a follow-on to earlier phases of development under the SBIR program and Phase II IntraMicron contract N00014-14-C-0360.
