The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a sole source solicitation for procurement of services and repair parts to perform a class B overhaul on both GEECO Model J-95073 O2N2 producers and all 4 associated Cosmodyne RC-5D Cryogenic Storage Tank and Charging Units and distribution system on board CVN 73 USS GEORGE WASHINGTON during its Refueling-Complex Overhaul (RCOH) while pier-side at HII-Newport News. All work will be done in accordance with Quality Assurance (QA) Workbook Procedure No. 418/001 and under NSWCPD Code 418 supervision.
