CONTRACT TYPE: Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to award one (1) Indefinite-Delivery, Definite-Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the Partial Engine Overhauls of the ETF40B Output Group (OPG) as described in Section C, Statement of Work. 2. BASIS OF COMPETITION: This requirement is being solicited on the basis of full and open competition. 3. MINIMUM & MAXIMUM: The guaranteed minimum is four (4) each of CLIN 0001. The contract maximum shall be the maximum units for all CLINS 0001-0003. 4. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA site has the requirement for Partial Engine Overhauls of the ETF40B Output Group (OPG), which supports the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC). NSWCPD seeks to competitively award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Definite-Quantity Type Contract. In order to be considered eligible for award, Offerors shall possess NAVSEA 05Z Designated Overhaul Point (DOP) certification letters specific to depot level repairs. The Government intends to issue the Solicitation as Unrestricted, providing for Full and Open Competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333611; Small Business Size Standard is 1500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is J028. All Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required services to meet NSWCPD's needs. Responding statements are not to exceed ten (10) pages in length. Responses shall be in electronic format (Microsoft Word or PDF preferred). A cover page for the response shall be included. The cover page shall include the company name, address, CAGE Code, Business Size Status for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333611, and points of contact (names, email, and telephone numbers) at a minimum. The cover page is not considered in the total page count. NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions.
