Sources Sought Notice for N6449819Q5251 Scope - The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWC-PD) is seeking sources to provide the repair to the leaking end plate on FXV-1218C-16D-M Coil. Contract Type - A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. Period of Performance - The performance period will span one year. Performance is anticipated to begin November/December 2019 Personnel Security Clearance - All personnel performing under this order shall an interim clearance. Facility Requirements - Navy Foundry and Propeller Center - security clearance. This sources sought is being issued for the purpose of identifying those small businesses that are Authorized Baltimore Air Coil (BAC) Representatives with the required expertise that will be interested in a site visit and willing to respond to a formal solicitation. Interested small businesses are invited to submit a request for the site visit and proof of their status as a BAC representative. Note: The requested information is for planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. All information and data received in response to this sources sought marked or designated a corporate proprietary information will be fully protected and held in strict confidence. Note: No telephone responses will be accepted. No contractor response received after the advertised due date and time will be accepted.
