The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure the fabrication of seven (7) Lithium Ion Battery Stowage Lockers in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to the contact below by 04 September 2019. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification, at the end of the pre-solicitation period, the RFQ will be sent out via e-mail, along with a separate email of the drawings via AMRDEC. This procurement is Firm Fixed Price, Small Business Set Aside, and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
