This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. SOLICITATION #: N6449819Q5221 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 Aug 2019. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The deadline for submission of questions is 23 Aug 19 at 11:59 PM EST.
