This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. SOLICITATION #: N6449819Q5102 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. NAICS: 321999 Important Note: Contractors are instructed to review the attached DD 254 Security Classification document and contact the POC below for the specifications of the patterns. Because these specifications are access controlled, contractors are required to have the proper clearance to receive and review the documents. (1) Provide all information and requests for security clearance to the Government contact below for verification of Facility Security Clearance and personnel clearance. (2) Submit an Operations Security (OPSEC) Plan for approval. The Government security officer will provide guidance on plan requirements. (3) Submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement for each employee that will access classified material. (4) The Government will verify eligibility to receive the documents.
