The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Alcatel network switches are hardware with LGS CodeGuardian software, on a Sole Source basis from LGS Innovations (Cage 4M5K0). LGS Innovations is the only distributor to offer the Alcatel hardware combined with the CodeGuardian firmware. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
