The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure materials to repair and refurbish the major components for the ET-35N Oil Conent Monitor (OCM), on a Sole Source basis from Admartec (Cage 0SPX0). The Model ET-35N OCM is manufactured using components from Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, Inc. Admartec Inc. is the only licensed distributor of Model ET-35N OCM components in United States. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
