The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure fully assembled custom circuit boards for use in Land Based Engineering System (LBES) plant equipment, on a Sole Source basis from Advance Circuit Technology (Cage 4RSH2). ACT is the only responsible source who can meet the requirement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
