The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure advanced weapons elevator parts, on a Sole Source basis from Hunt Valve Actuator, LLC (Cage 48JZ3). Hunt Valve Actuator LLC is designated as the original equipnment manufacturer (OEM). Hunt Valve Actuators, LLC is the only provider and proprietor for these customn parts. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
