The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement, to be awarded on a competitive basis, to solicit for the procurement of Radar Tank Level Indicators (TLIs) and Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR). The requirement also includes TLI input/output (I/O) enclosures to accept the TLI signals, associated equipment to display the tank level indications, and materials and support services needed to complete the installations. This requirement will be processed as a total small business set-aside. The official Request for Proposal (RFP) will be published on SAM.gov. Electronic proposals will be requested. Interested Offerors should monitor SAM.gov for the release of the RFP. This RFP is anticipated for release in March of Fiscal Year (FY) 2024, with award anticipated in June of FY 24. The award of a competitive, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type supply contract with ancillary Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) services with LOE or Completion ordering provisions is anticipated. This contract will be competitively awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 and the Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.401 (b). The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is 6680.
