The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division anticipates a requirement for solid waste pulper and shredder and plastic waste processing equipment in support of Code 335 under a draft Statement of Work. This is a sources-sought notice for market research only, not an RFP, and it does not constitute a contract, promise to contract, or commitment of any kind; unsolicited proposals are not sought. Interested firms should provide capability statements with specific information on their ability to meet the draft SOW requirements, submitted as unclassified electronic responses via email only; phone calls will not be accepted. The Government will not pay for information received or reimburse costs incurred in developing responses, and all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Proprietary information marked with a legend will not be released outside the Government without written permission in accordance with the legend.
